How long does delivery take?

Products are generally dispatched within 10 working days or less. Limited edition prints and framed photographs may take up to 25 working days. Each order will arrive separately.

Can I send products to multiple addresses?

Yes, you can send your products to one additional address. Just follow the prompts when entering your order details.

Do you deliver overseas?

Currently delivery of physical products is only available within Australia. If you have a specific request please contact us and we will do our best to help.

If I order multiple products will they be delivered separately?

SMH Shop works with selected product suppliers to bring you a quality selection of products. Sometimes you may not receive all the products from a single order in the one delivery. We use this method of delivery to make sure that you receive the goods you have ordered in the quickest possible time.

I have received a different item from what I ordered. What should I do ?

We apologise for this inconvenience. Please contact our Call Centre on 1300 656 059 or email store.help@smh.com.au with the details of your order and we will solve the problem as soon as possible with minimum hassle to you.
